This policy covers the Smart Games websites and Android apps, including Chess (tech.smartgames.chess), operated by Logic AI Solutions (logicaisol.com).

What we collect

• Account (optional). If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and Google account id so we can keep your friends list, ratings, and game history.
• Gameplay. Matches, ratings, and session history are stored so you can replay games and appear on the leaderboard.
• Microphone (optional). Voice chat uses the microphone only while you turn voice on. Audio is sent to other players in your room, not stored by us.
• Local network (optional). Wi‑Fi / hotspot play uses your local network so nearby devices can find a hosted game. That traffic stays on the LAN.
• Technical logs. The server may keep short-lived connection logs (IP address, user agent) to keep the service up and investigate abuse.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising. Guest play does not require an account.

Sharing

Google Sign-In is provided by Google. Game traffic is hosted on our servers at chess.smartgames.tech. We do not share account data with other companies except as needed to run those services or if the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

Account and rated-game records stay until you ask us to delete them. Email hello@logicaisol.com from the address on the account and we will delete it.

Children

The apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
